Upload Studio

VIDEO UPLOAD WORKSPACE

Upload local videos to YouTube

Upload Studio helps channel teams prepare metadata for several local videos, upload them in a controlled queue, and keep a useful record of every result.

UPLOAD STUDIO

What the workspace helps you do

Prepare metadata in one place

Choose local videos and set titles, descriptions, tags, categories, visibility, and playlists without repeating the same work for every file.

Upload with clear queue controls

Process videos in order while tracking progress, successful uploads, errors, and retry actions for each individual file.

Keep usable upload records

Retain YouTube links, video IDs, timestamps, and error details, then export the results as CSV for reporting or follow-up work.

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your channel

Sign in with Google and authorize access to the YouTube channel you want to manage.

  2. 02

    Prepare the batch

Select local videos, review each title, and apply shared or individual upload settings.

  3. 03

    Upload and review

Start the queue, follow each result, retry failed items, and export the completed record.

Built for real publishing workflows

The workspace is intended for creators, marketing teams, and channel operators who regularly prepare several original video assets. It reduces repetitive data entry, but every upload remains under the user’s own Google authorization and YouTube channel controls.

Your files and authorization

Upload Studio only calls the YouTube API after you authorize it. Selected video files are used for the upload transfer and are removed from the temporary server directory after processing. The service does not sell personal information or claim ownership of uploaded videos.

Frequently asked questions

Does Upload Studio store my videos permanently?

No. Files are used temporarily to complete the requested upload and are removed from the temporary server directory after processing.

Which YouTube channel can I use?

You can use a channel available to the Google account you authorize. Upload Studio cannot access a channel that you have not granted permission to use.

Can I review details before uploading?

Yes. You can review titles and upload settings for the batch and adjust individual videos before starting the queue.

What happens when an upload fails?

The result view keeps the error for that item and provides a retry path without requiring you to restart completed uploads.

Is Upload Studio part of Google or YouTube?

No. Upload Studio is an independent tool that uses the official YouTube API after user authorization. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
